As a resident of Seattle for the past year, I've had the chance to visit several of the clubs in the area. Before I go on, let me emphasize that getting anywhere at the clubs I've seen requires both patience and money. The girls have to see you often to get comfortable with you and to trust that you are not LEA. Second, none of the girls are going to offer you more than what you're willing to pay for. If they don't see you spending money freely in the club, they aren't going to offer you something illegal that could get them locked up. With that in mind, remember to always tip, even the waitresses... they know the girls, and can help/hurt your chances at success.
I've visited two clubs in the Seattle area frequently, and stopped by Deja Vu a couple of times. As far as DV goes, just skip it, as they are much tighter on the rules to begin with.My favorite club in the area is Honey's in Everett (Hwy 99). The girls are the best looking and nicest, and the booths for private dances are large and semi-private. The girls offer dances ranging from $20 to $40 per dance, and claim to give more action the more you pay. In my experience don't bother paying the extra, just be sure to buy more than one dance, and to tip for the dances. The girls vary widely in the dances they give.At one extreme you only get the basic seductive hands off dance where she will dance on your lap and touch you with her body (ass, breasts, etc) in her dance costume and give you little glimpses of her breasts. This type of girl are a real turn on to some, but they don't let you touch them, nor do they show you their tits or pussy.
However, at the other extreme you will find girls who, for the same $20 or $25, will grind their pussy on your leg and even on your dick, let you fondle their exposed nipples, slide their costume to reveal their juicy cunts, and let you finger them. I'm not joking about this, and this even happened with a girl who had only seen me one time previously, and never danced for me before.One Mexican girl who I particularly favor will bite your nipple and dick with her teeth, of course asking to make sure you like that kind of treatment. Once recently, when I hired her to dance, we ran into a client 'friend' of hers who was leaving, and she gave him her phone number to call and 'catch up' on old times. She seemed to be very open about it, and she gave the number while I could still hear it (I didn't get a chance to call her yet myself).
NOTE: Not all girls at clubs are prostitutes, and those who aren't will get offended if you assume they are. But their job is to make you feel like you're going to get lucky, so don't get confused. If a girl is available for more, she'll let you know, and as always, she is in control of the situation in the club. Above all don't rush things. Only one negative in my book worth mentioning:
Gretchen... Tall lanky blond who will give you anything you want, but has terrible people skills (sounds like a recorded phone message, monotone and disinterested). If you like the slut type and don't want to talk at all, she may be fine for you, and I wouldn't be surprised if she does work on the side, but I didn't want to pay a hundred bucks to screw a girl that annoyed me so much so I didn't bother finding out more.
The other good club worth seeing is Rick's. I've only been their a couple of times, but it is very promising. The girls are faster to expose themselves and let you touch them during private dances. The major downside is the place has no booths, but rather large benches along the sides of the room. You can't get a good dance there if you are too self conscious, because the dances have to work close together, and you will be seated right beside another customer getting a lap dance. Worse, you can often end up seated by customers who aren't getting dances but are watching others get dances. If you don't mind being watched, you get more action for your money at Rick's. However, I haven't been there often enough to know the girls well enough to get offers of outside entertainment. I'm certain it's pretty easy, but as always the girls have to develop the trust.

In summary... patience has its reward, and don't be a cheapskate. If you keep these two rules in mind, you can have a great time in Seattle.
