Generally speaking, anything in San Vicente is the safest. Junin, Guayaquil, Bretana, Los Cambulos, El Cedro are OK if you go daytime. It's not that something bad will happen to you, but it's like anything else in life, you wanna try not to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
